QVET's website shows four editions but no prices: to learn the cost, you request information or a demo[1][2]. If you would rather compare without calling anyone, here are seven programs that publish at least their entry price, plus Artiprax.
What QVET offers, as a reference
- Price: not stated on its website (17/10/2026); sign-up through a form and a demo[1].
- Cloud or local: a browser-based web version; a customer review on its site also mentions a local version[2].
- AI: QVET's AI, which drafts the clinical record from the consultation conversation[2]. Its AI page says "¿Suscripciones? No. ¿Cuotas mensuales? Tampoco" (Subscriptions? No. Monthly fees? Neither, our translation), with no published price[3].
- VeriFactu: declared[4].
- Migration to QVET: free, according to its home page[1].

"Not stated" means we did not find it on the vendor's public website on 17/10/2026, not that it does not exist. Prices exclude extras such as additional users or modules.
Provet Cloud (Nordhealth) is another option, at a different price level: per vet plus a platform fee, with plan prices published only in dollars and pounds (Core: $99 per vet a month plus a $249 monthly platform fee). Its AI Scribe costs €30 per seat a month, and sign-up goes through a demo[20].
What we left out
- Vetesweb: online training for vets, not practice software, although some search answers list it as an alternative[21].
- OkVet: Colombian invoicing (DIAN), no euro prices and no VeriFactu stated[22].
- PetClinic: €52 and €62 for 3 users, with no billing period, VAT or VeriFactu stated[23].
- MN Program: multi-sector software, "desde 1€ al día" (from €1 a day, our translation) with no breakdown[24].
How to choose between them
- Count vets and users. Wakyma, Vet Cloud and Artiprax charge per clinic; Smart Vet, GestorVet, YuuuVET and iVeter, per user or by tiers.
- Get the migration in writing: which data comes over from QVET, how long it takes and what it costs.
- Do not mistake a trial for a free plan. A three-month trial ends; a free plan does not.
- Ask about the AI and the audio: whether it listens to the whole consultation or only to your dictation, and whether the audio is stored.

QVET reviews: what is published
We do not give our own opinion of QVET here, because we compete with it. This is what is publicly visible today, with dates.
- Software directories. QVET's listing on ComparaSoftware Spain shows «0.0 / 5 (0 comentarios)» and «Aún no hay reseñas»[25]. SoftDoit shows no rating or reviews[26]. Capterra and GetApp could not be read on 17/10/2026.
- QVET's website publishes four undated clinic testimonials, all «Valorado con 5 de 5», such as «Nos gusta mucho el cambio de diseño de la versión local a la nueva versión web y además la encontramos más fácil e intuitiva.»[2] They are chosen by the vendor.
- Press. In May 2022 Diario Veterinario described QVET as «un programa de gestión de clínicas y hospitales veterinarios en lengua española» and quoted a basic fee of «26 euros al mes» at the time[27]. That is a description, not a review, and the price is more than four years old.

Where Artiprax falls short
- Track record. Artiprax was founded in 2026. If the vendor's track record is your main criterion, we are not that option today.
- Modules. No hospitalisation, no laboratory integration and no multi-site management; stock control is basic.
- Migration. There is no automatic importer: we migrate your QVET data with you, by hand and at your pace.
- Free plan. It is for 1 vet; Whopaws states it has no user limit[17].
What we do have, none of it exclusive: a public price per clinic, sign-up without a salesperson, a free plan with no expiry, VeriFactu in every plan and the voice report included, with the audio deleted once the report is ready.

Is there a free alternative to QVET?
Whopaws Vets calls itself "100% gratuito para siempre" (100% free forever, our translation). Artiprax has a Free plan with no expiry for 1 vet, with 10 clinical reports and 30 invoices a month. Both include VeriFactu.
Can I migrate my data from QVET?
Wakyma, iVeter and PetClinic say migration is free; GestorVet imports from QVET without publishing the cost; Smart Vet charges €180 + VAT. At Artiprax we do the migration with you.
