The clinical record is everything that has happened to a patient: what the owner reported, what you found on examination, what you diagnosed and what you did. Writing it well takes time, and that time usually comes out of the end of the day. With Artiprax you finish the consultation, dictate what you saw in your own words, and Artiprax drafts the clinical report. You review it and it is saved to the patient's record next to earlier consultations.
What you dictate
- No script. Talk as you would to a colleague. Artiprax puts each part where it belongs.
- Any device. Phone, tablet or computer, in the browser, nothing to install. With no coverage, the recording stays on the device and is sent when the connection returns.
- Eight dictation languages. Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Romanian and Polish. Reports come out in Spanish or English.
- Typing works too. There is a text tab, and you can upload an audio file.
The structure of the report
A consultation report has History, Clinical examination, Diagnosis, Procedures performed, Plan and recommendations, and owner instructions when you dictate them. Surgery reports split the plan into procedure performed, recommendations, comments and owner instructions. The report only contains what you dictated: no invented doses, no differentials you did not mention. If part of the audio is unclear, Artiprax flags it outside the report.
From each report to the patient record
Each patient has a record with the consultation history in date order. From there you can download the complete history as a PDF or send it by email or WhatsApp as a private link that expires after 7 days. From each consultation you also get the clinical report as a PDF, a report for the referring clinic, a report for the insurer and owner instructions. Email goes out from the app with the PDF attached. For WhatsApp, Artiprax prepares the message with a private link and you send it from your own WhatsApp; Artiprax does not message owners by itself. If you prefer to fill them in by hand, there are free clinical history, report and referral templates in PDF and Word.
You review before anything goes out
Edit the report by hand, or ask for a change by voice and see the difference before accepting it. Always check drugs, doses and routes. Nothing leaves the app until you send it.
Audio and data
- Audio is not kept. It is deleted once the report is ready; the transcript is deleted after 7 days.
- Storage in the EU (Ireland) for reports and records.
- Processing. OpenAI transcribes and Anthropic drafts, transiently in the US under standard contractual clauses. Our privacy policy states that neither uses API inputs to train their models[1], and neither do we.
- No minimum term. Cancel from the app; ask and you get a complete export of your data.

€39 and €69 are the founder prices for the first 50 clinics on each plan, monthly and yearly combined. Yearly billing equals ten monthly payments. If you already use another system
You can copy each report field by field, or whole, into your current practice software. If you later decide to switch, we do the migration with you. See also choosing veterinary software in Spain.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to dictate in a set structure?
No. Tell the case as you would tell a colleague and Artiprax sorts it into history, clinical examination, diagnosis, procedures performed and plan. If you do not dictate something, that section does not appear.
Is my voice recording kept?
No. The audio is deleted as soon as the report is ready. The text transcript is deleted after 7 days. Reports and patient records are stored in the EU (Ireland).
Which languages can I dictate in?
Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Romanian or Polish. The report comes out in Spanish or English.
How many reports are free?
The Free plan includes 10 clinical reports a month for 1 vet, with no card and no expiry date. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.
